Returns Policy
Returns for Non-Warranty Issues
If you need to return an item that is not covered by our warranty, follow these steps:

Refund Policy
Refunds for Warranty Claims
If your item is covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty and we determine that repair or replacement is not possible, we may offer a refund. However, repair or replacement is our primary resolution.
Refunds for Returns (Outside of Warranty)
For authorized returns outside of warranty:
